Product Description

Flat sheets, face or secret fix solid aluminium rainscreen panels are produced using A1 fire rated non-combustible material and available in A1 fire rated finishes enabling architects, designers, building owners and installers to choose from a range of options.

Aluclad panels Solid or Perforated can be supplied in various panel lengths and finished in PVDF, Anodised or Polyester Powder Coating in an extensive range of colours, to give a stunning presence to the facade of any project.

Face or Secret Fix Method – provide variety of installation options to an extruded aluminium Sub-Frame.

Technical features

Slim panels from 2mm to 5mm thick to maintain a minimum stand off from the primary structure and keep a sleek non bulky appearance
Panels Solid or Perforated to various pattern
Secured to a standard support frame (helping hand system)
Defined by BS476 part 4, aluminium alloys are non-combustible, part 7 Surface Spread of Flame ‘Class 1’
Defined by BS476 part 6, fire propagation ‘Class 0’
Typical joint width 5mm to 10mm
